Yes you can. There is no need to contact us to migrate your Connexin numbers. The numbers are stored on your phones so simply unplug your phones, take them with you to the new office, plug them into your new Internet connection/network and off you go!

Upon signature and return of all paperwork and provided that any up front payments are paid in full, we can generally have your HPS service up and running within 48-72 hours. If any hardware order is placed at the same time, they will leave our warehouse and arrive at your address the next day. If order is placed after 3pm, it will be processed the next working day.
Changes can still be made during the sales process. Once the order has reached our Provisioning team, it would be difficult for us to accommodate the change. Once you give the green light after a successful site survey, the installation usually takes just 1 – 2 hours to complete. Our engineers will install the wireless equipment on your roof and run a cable into your house, where it terminates into a wall socket. A wireless router will be provided if purchased from us, or we can help you configure your own.
Once installation completes and the service is completed, our engineer will provide the necessary paperwork for you to fill in. Once completed, we will then leave you to enjoy your new SuperFAST broadband by Connexin.
Once the initial sales stage has passed, our Provisioning team will take over the project. They will keep you informed by email/phone at every stage of the provisioning process. Once the order is delivered, a completion certificate will be issued and your account manager will then look after you from this moment forward.

We will keep you updated with any progress on reported issues via our support desk (GeniusDESK). A ticket number is created which can be used to track progress. When you contact us, please quote this ticket number.
