Unicef is the world’s leading organisation for children in over 190 countries. Unicef focus on five big dangers children face in the world today: Violence, exploitation and abuse Disease Hunger and malnutrition War and conflict Disaster.
Cash 4 Kids
Cash for Kids responds to the needs of children in our communities so they can live life to the full and realise their individual potential. They support children aged 0-18 who are disabled, disadvantaged or suffering from abuse or neglect.
Echoes is a charity based in Hull, supporting children and young people upto 25 years of age with special and/or additional needs living in the region. Their support is not just for the child, they support their immediate and extended family, and carers too.
Kiva is an non-profit organisation with a mission to connect people through lending to alleviate poverty. Leveraging the Internet and a network of microfinance institutions, Kiva lets individuals lend as little as $25 to help create opportunity around the world.
Macmillian is a registered charity with the aim to help and support people who has been diagnosed with cancer. They are a source of support, helping with all the things that people affected by cancer want and need.
Cancer Research is the world’s leading charity dedicated to beating cancer through research. They’ve saved millions of lives by discovering new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer, and survival has doubled over the past 40 years.
